"We are incredibly pleased with the 2020 class of student-athletes, but more importantly, with the addition of such great people to the Colonials family," Colontino remarked. "Off the ice, they all bring great leadership, values, and exceptional character. On the ice, they bring a great combination of skill, speed, and grit. We look forward to their immediate impact in just a few short weeks, and their contribution to the continued success of the Colonials program over the next four years."

Gebhard, a forward, led the Notre Dame Hounds in scoring in 2013, 2014 and most recently, 2016. She was named assistant captain of U18 Team Canada in 2014-15 and earned the 2014 JWHL Player of the Year title. In 2011, Gebhard was awarded AAA Midget Rookie of the Year honors.
