Petras, a native of North Huntington, Pa., compiled a record of 34-27-5 (.545) during his four-year career as RMU's netminder. He owns Robert Morris career records for saves (470), shutouts (16) and save percentage (.832). During the 1993 campaign, Petras helped guide the Colonials to an NEC Tournament championship and the NCAA Tournament by going 12-6-1 (.658) in goal while establishing a single-season school record for goals against average (0.90).
