James became the first student-athlete in Robert Morris basketball history to eclipse career totals of both 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds, finishing with 1,563 points and 1,120 boards. She ranks third in program history in points and second in rebounds. A native of Teaneck, N.J., James was named to the All-Northeast Conference First Team twice (1999, 2000), earned a spot on the 1998 All-NEC Second Team and was selected to the 1997 All-NEC Newcomer Team. She owns the single-game record for rebounds with 25, set against Albany Dec. 29, 1999. Over her four-year career she compiled 54 career double-doubles and her career-high in points in a game was 31, set on two occasions.
