1991-93

Gray, a native of West Mifflin, Pa., was the first woman ever from Robert Morris to qualify for the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) track championships, doing so during the outdoor campaign of her freshman season in 1991. She repeated the feat four more times (twice outdoors and twice indoors). On two occasions, Gray captured NEC crowns, including the 1991 indoor 55-meter hurdles (8.7 seconds) and the 1992 outdoor 100-meter hurdles (14.93), and three times finished as a runner-up in the league (1991 outdoor 100-meter hurdles, 1993 indoor 55-meter hurdles and the 1993 outdoor 100-meter hurdles).
