Durham owns the most victories by a Division I basketball coach in Robert Morris history with 157. He led the Colonials to three Northeast Conference Tournament titles (1989, 1990 and 1992) and subsequent berths in the NCAA Tournament as RMU's head coach after serving as an assistant coach for the program's first two trips in 1982 and 1983. In all, Durham was a part of each of RMU's first five trips to the postseason. He is a native of Aliquippa, Pa.
