In two seasons with the Colonials, Anderson scored 1,123 career points and helped guide RMU to back-to-back Northeast Conference (NEC) regular-season championships in 2013 and 2014. Named the 2014 NEC Player of the Year, Anderson produced arguably the greatest offensive season in program history in 2013-14, establishing single-season school records for points (710), field goals (248), three-point field goals (119), double-figure scoring games (33), 20-point efforts (19) and 30-point scoring performances (4). In averaging 19.7 points per game during the 2013-14 campaign, Anderson became the third student-athlete for the Colonials to win an NEC scoring title, joining Myron Walker (19.8) in 1991-92 and Gene Nabors (19.1) in 1999-00. In an 89-78 victory @ St. John's in the first round of the 2014 National Invitation Tournament (NIT), Anderson scored a career-high 38 points, at the time tying an RMU single-game mark for three-pointers with nine. He concluded his final season with RMU by being selected to participate in the 2014 Reese's Division I College All-Star Game as part of the festivities at the 2014 NCAA Final Four in Arlington, Texas. Anderson, a native of Elkhart, Ind., also helped RMU defeat Kentucky in the first round of the 2013 NIT, 59-57, in front of 3,444 fans at the Charles L. Sewall Center.
