Dugan was a four-year starter at midfielder for the RMU women's soccer program, and she owns the Robert Morris single-season and career records for goals and points. As a senior in 2002, Dugan compiled 14 goals to set the single-season mark, and she finished her career with 36 goals. A native of Glenshaw, Pa., Dugan also owns the RMU career record for points with 85 while ranking second in assists (13).
