Walker is RMU's all-time leading scorer with 1,965 career points, and he also owns both single-season and career marks for scoring average. As a senior in 1993-94, Walker averaged 20.1 points per game, the only student-athlete in school history to average over 20 points in a season. His career mark of 18.7 points per contest is over two points better than second place. Walker, a native of Aliquippa, Pa., helped guide the Colonials to the 1992 NCAA Tournament, the program's fifth appearance. He was named the 1992 Northeast Conference Player of the Year, the first sophomore in league history to be bestowed the honor, and was tabbed 1992 NEC Tournament MVP after averaging 20.7 points and 4.3 rebounds in three games.
