Parks scored 1,027 points during his career at Robert Morris and is the program's top free-throw shooter in school history, having posted a career free-throw shooting percentage of 86.5 percent (321-for-371). A native of Belle Vernon, Pa., Parks helped the Colonials to back-to-back ECAC Metro Conference championships and subsequent NCAA Tournament berths in 1982 and 1983. He was named MVP of the inaugural ECAC Metro Tournament in 1982 after scoring 21 points off the bench in a victory over LIU Brooklyn.
