Garnering the Higher Images RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week honor for Oct. 1, 2014, is sophomore middle blocker Leah Dunivan of the volleyball squad. Returning to the starting lineup as the Colonials opened Northeast Conference play last weekend at the Charles L. Sewall Center, Dunivan was sensational in sweeps of Fairleigh Dickinson (9/27) and Sacred Heart (9/28). In a 3-0 win over the Knights, Dunivan recorded nine kills and no errors on 17 total attempts for an attack percentage of .529 while recording five blocks. The next afternoon, a 3-0 win over the Pioneers, Dunivan registered six kills against no miscues in 19 total attempts for a .316 attack percentage and again produced five blocks. In the two matches Dunivan compiled 15 kills, a .416 attack percentage and 10 blocks as Robert Morris started 2-0 in league play for the second time in three years. On the 2014 campaign, Dunivan owns a .272 attack percentage to pace RMU while ranking second on the squad in blocks (39).
