Download the RMU Gameday App to access your Account Manager, and log in using the email address that was used to purchase your tickets. If you have not previously logged on to your account, click on “Sign Up” and you will be prompted to set up an account to access your tickets. Please make sure to use the same email that was used to purchase your tickets. Once logged in, your tickets will appear under “Manage Tickets.”
We recommend adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arriving at the stadium to avoid any connectivity issues.
Once you arrive, simply present your ticket from your Apple Wallet or Google Pay to be scanned for entry. If you have more than one ticket downloaded to your phone, swipe between the tickets after scanning each one. You can also access your tickets in the RMU Gameday App.
Please note: Tickets saved on Apple Wallet will not have a barcode visible, but will say “Hold Near Reader.” Hold your phone near the reader to be scanned.
Must Read: Print-at-home paper tickets (PDFs) will no longer be accepted in order to combat fraud and counterfeit tickets that are common with these types of tickets.

Yes, simply log in to your account and access your tickets on the RMU Gameday App. Under the “Tickets” tab in “Manage Tickets,” transfer the desired tickets to the recipient. Please note: Tickets must be accepted by the recipient in order to be considered a valid ticket. If the recipient does not have the RMU Gameday App, they will need to download the app and use the email address the tickets were transferred to so they can accept the tickets.
The original ticket will no longer be valid and will not be able to be scanned.
