For the second straight week and third time this season, junior forward Neco Brett of the soccer team earns the Higher Images RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week. Brett was selected as the U-ADE / Northeast Conference Player of the Week for the second time this season following a four-goal performance in a win over George Washington (10/5) at the North Athletic Complex. A native of Kingston, Jamaica, Brett became the fourth player in school history to post at least four markers in a game, and his four goals are one shy of the RMU single-game record of five that was established by former Colonial Troy Fabiano (1990-93) in an 11-0 win over Canisius (10/19/93). The reigning NEC Player of the Year, Brett leads NCAA Division I in goals with 12 and ranks second in points with 26.
