Junior guard Rodney Pryor of the basketball squad earns the latest Higher Images RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week after leading the Colonials to a 75-59 victory over Duquesne (12/13/14) at the Charles L. Sewall Center. Pryor finished 9-for-12 shooting from the field, including 4-of-5 from beyond the arc, while going 3-for-4 at the free-throw line. A native of Evanston, Ill., Pryor scored 14 points in the first half to help Robert Morris grab a 39-30 advantage at halftime. He also scored four points during a 14-0 run that helped the Colonials break away for the win. For his efforts, Pryor was earned his second Northeast Conference Player of the Week (12/15/14). On the 2014-15 campaign, Pryor leads RMU in scoring at 15.1 points per game while shooting 54.2 percent (45-for-83) from the field, including 51 percent (25-for-49) from beyond the arc, and 84 percent (21-for-25) at the free-throw line.
