Junior guard Rodney Pryor of the basketball team earns the Higher Images RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week for Feb. 25, 2015. A native of Evanston, Ill., Pryor averaged 27.5 points and 6.0 rebounds in a split through New England last week while shooting 67.7 percent (21-for-31) from the field, including 63.6 percent (7-for-11) from beyond the arc. Pryor scored 25 of his career-high 31 points @ Sacred Heart (2/19/15), becoming the 23rd player in program history to eclipse the 30-point plateau. Two days later he scored a game-high 24 points while registering five rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals in a 76-70 victory @ Bryant (2/21/15). So far on the 2014-15 campaign, Pryor is supplying the Colonials with averages of 14.7 points and 4.8 rebounds and is converting 47.9 percent (150-for-313) of his shots from the field, including 41.5 percent (59-for-142) from beyond the arc.
