Selected as the Higher Images RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for the second time this season, as well as the fifth honor for field hockey, is junior midfielder Jamie Hartley. A native of Tamworth, Australia, and the program’s all-time leading scorer, Hartley was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Offensive Player of the Week after collecting a pair of goals in a 4-3 victory over Monmouth (11/3) that helped secure the program’s first-ever postseason appearance. Hartley tallied the first goal of the game just 18 seconds into the contest, and her score at the 42:26 mark proved to be the game-winning goal in the win. Hartley enters the 2013 MAAC Tournament leading the Colonials in scoring with 21 points, having compiled seven goals and a team-high seven assists.
