Earning her second straight Giant Eagle RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week accolade as well as her fifth overall in 2015-16 is junior guard Anna Niki Stamolamprou. In the 2016 NCAA Tournament, Stamolamprou scored a team-high 11 points against overall No. 1 seed Connecticut (3/19/16) in Storrs, Conn., at Gampel Pavilion. She also added three rebounds, two assists and a pair of steals against the Huskies. Named to the 2016 All-Northeast Conference Second Team, Stamolamprou led Robert Morris in 2015-16 in scoring (13.7 ppg), assists (110) and steals (49) while ranking third on the squad in rebounding (5.5 per game). Against UConn in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, Stamolamprou established a new RMU career record for three-pointers, as her trio of triples pushed her career total to 210. Â
