One of two Giant Eagle RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week honors for May 17, 2017, is sophomore Taylor Bartlow of the softball team. At the 2017 Northeast Conference Tournament in Loretto, Pa., Bartlow finished 4-for-6 at the dish with a run, RBI, double and stolen base in two games to lead the Colonials. In a 4-3 setback to Saint Francis U (5/11/17) to open the tournament, Bartlow went 2-for-3 with a run and a stolen base. The next day, Bartlow added another 2-for-3 performance, producing an RBI double in the third inning that gave Robert Morris a 2-0 lead. For her efforts, Bartlow was named to the 2017 All-NEC Tournament Team.Â
