Sophomore Kelly Colegrove of the lacrosse team is one of two recipients of the Giant Eagle RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for April 11, 2018. In a pair of games last week for Robert Morris, Colegrove finished with nine caused turnovers and three ground balls. She played a key role in a 14-4 win over Mount St. Mary’s (4/8) at Joe Walton Stadium by establishing an RMU single-game record seven caused turnovers. Colegrove, a native of Marriottsville, Md., anchored a defense that held the Mount to a season-low four goals as well as 12 shots on goal. In 12 games for the Colonials, each as a member of the starting lineup, Colegrove owns a team-high 29 caused turnovers while ranking third for RMU in ground balls (20). She ranks second in the NEC in caused turnovers per game (2.42) as well as 11th in NCAA Division I.
