Senior outside hitter Taylor Lord of the volleyball team earns the Peoples Natural Gas RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for Nov. 14, 2018. In the final two games of her solid career with the Colonials, Lord compiled 24 kills and 23 doubles in a home split at the North Athletic Complex. In a 3-0 sweep of Fairleigh Dickinson (11/9), Lord led Robert Morris with 15 kills on a season-high .375 attack percentage to go along with 13 digs. She concluded her career as one of the top defensive standouts in program history, ranking seventh in the RMU career record book for digs with 1,384 while tallying 163 total blocks. Lord, a native Inwood, W. Va., also tallied 944 career kills while ranking eighth all-time in service aces (111). She finished the 2018 campaign with a team-high eight double-doubles and finished second on the team in kills (240) and digs (275).
