Named the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for Dec. 11, 2019, is senior forward Jaycee Gebhard of the hockey team. In a home split with Mercyhurst at the RMU Island Sports Center last weekend, Gebhard scored four points, recording a goal and two assists. In the first contest of the two-game set, Gebhard assisted on the first goal of the contest, a power-play marker from Michaela Boyle. It marked the 103rd career assist for Gebhard, establishing a new Robert Morris career record. The next night, Gebhard, a native of Plenty, Saskatchewan, added two more helpers to push her career total to 105 in a 3-1 victory over the Lakers. She assisted on the first and third goals of the tilt. In 18 games this season, Gebhard has compiled 11 goals and 23 assists for 34 points.
