Senior forward Jaycee Gebhard of the hockey team is one of two honorees for the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for Jan. 29, 2020. In a weekend sweep of Lindenwood at the RMU Island Sports Center, Gebhard became the program’s all-time leading scorer. She finished with two goals and three assists in the two games, including two goals and an assist in a 4-1 victory to help her surpass former forward Brittany Howard (2013-18), her linemate for two seasons. In a 3-0 win in game one, Howard, a native of Plenty, Saskatchewan, recorded two assists. A day later she scored two goals and an assist in a 4-1 victory. Gebhard tied the Robert Morris all-time scoring record with a goal in the first period, then assisted on the second to move into sole possession of first place. On the 2019-20 campaign, Gebhard owns 47 points courtesy of 15 goals and 32 points. Overall on her career, she has compiled 183 points.
