Senior forward Anjelica Diffendal of the hockey team is one of two to be named the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for Dec. 16, 2020. In a road sweep of Lindenwood last week, Diffendal finished with two goals in helping the Colonials improve to 4-0 on the 2020-21 season. She picked up RMU’s third goal of the contest in a 4-0 victory to open the series, then capped the weekend with the game-winner in overtime to help the Colonials secure a 2-1 win and sweep the series. Diffendal, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., wasted no time ending the contest in overtime, scoring 51 seconds into the extra period. On the 2020-21 season, Diffendal has scored three goals. She is a marketing major who has compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.28.
