Earning his second consecutive Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week nod is senior forward AJ Bramah of the basketball team. In RMU's first two games as a member of the Horizon League last weekend, Bramah helped the Colonials earn a road split with Purdue Fort Wayne by averaging 25.5 points and 8.0 rebounds while converting 58.8 percent (20-for-34) of his shots from the floor and 78.6 percent (11-for-14) of his chances at the free-throw line. In a 102-88 win over the Mastodons to open the series, Bramah established a career high with 28 points while also grabbing eight rebounds. He concluded the two-game set by contributing 23 points and eight rebounds. Through five games, Bramah, a native of San Leandro, Calif., and an organizational leadership major, is averaging 21.4 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. His points per game average is the highest for an RMU student-athlete through the first five games on record in program history.
