Junior Josh Nagy of the golf team has been selected as the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week for Oct. 27, 2021. At the Towson Fall Invitational last weekend in Grasonville, Md., Nagy, a native of Saskatoon, Sakatchewan, carded a 65 in the first round of the tournament. In doing so he became the fourth RMU student-athlete in program history to post a 65, the lowest score in school history. Nagy’s round put him seven under par, establishing a new RMU standard for lowest under par, and overall on the tournament finished second with a three-round tally of 209. That mark also established a school record for a 54-hole tournament. Nagy is a finance major.
