Earning her second Chick-fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the last three weeks is sophomore midfielder Chelsea Coleman of the lacrosse team. In a 12-11 victory over Central Michigan (4/29) at Joe Walton Stadium that helped the Colonials clinch a share of the 2023 Mid-American Conference (MAC) regular-season title as well as the right to host the 2023 MAC Tournament, Coleman scored three points while also adding five draw controls, two ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers. Arguably the biggest play of the day for Coleman, a native of Reistertown, Md., came when she fed Colleen Tifft for the game-winning goal in overtime over the Chippewas. Overall during the 2023 season, Coleman leads the Colonials in goals (36) while ranking second in points (42) and draw controls (43).
