The Capsule
Robert Morris begins its final push for a Northeast Conference playoff spot when it travels to league-leading Central Connecticut State for a 3:00 p.m. game Sunday, Nov. 3. The Blue Devils clinched the NEC regular season championship Friday and stand perfect, 5-0, in league games.

Perplexing Playoff Picture
With two games left in the regular season, six teams are vying for the final three playoff spots. The Colonials, seventh in the eight team league, have six points and are just four points behind second place Saint Francis University. If RMU can get two wins in its final two games, it will have a good chance of earning one of the three open postseason spots. CCSU clinched the NEC regular season title Friday and is the only team that has secured a playoff berth. Sacred Heart, winless in league action, is the only squad that has been eliminated.
