It marks the 22nd time in the last 23 seasons that these squads meet and the ninth consecutive year since 2006. RMU is coming off a 2-1 win at Howard while the Panthers are winless in their last five games (0-2-3).

Robert Morris is 7-12-2 all-time against Pitt in a series that dates back to 1991. These squads have met every season with the exception of 2005. The teams have played even over the last 11 meetings, going 5-5-1 including a four-game win streak for RMU from 2003 through 2006.
