Robert Morris and Ball State are meeting for the first time since 2011 and the seventh time overall. RMU is 0-6 all-time against the Cardinals, all of those contests coming at neutral sites.

RMU and Fordham have met just once before, a 13-4 victory in favor of Fordham in 2007.

The Colonials and Blue Hens have met twice with RMU emerging victorious in both games. RMU won 2-1 in 2011 and captured a 5-1 victory over Delaware in the teams' 2014 meeting.
