- The Robert Morris University football team opens a three-game homestand Saturday by hosting Bryant at Joe Walton Stadium for a Noon kickoff in a game that can be seen live on ESPN3. The Colonials are in search of their first 3-0 start in the Northeast Conference since 2010.
 
- RMU improved to 2-0 in the Northeast Conference for the first time since 2011 and concluded a four-game road trip with a 3-1 (.750) mark after a 21-13 victory over Wagner (10/19) at Hameline Field on Staten Island, N.Y.
 
- Tiheem Crocker blocked a punt by Eric Silvester of the Seahawks on the first possession of the second half for Wagner and DeJuan Dandridge scooped up the loose ball, racing 25 yards to the end zone for a touchdown to give RMU the lead for good.
 
- Robert Morris grabbed a 21-10 lead with 14:07 to play when Terence Stephens, Jr., scored from a yard out to cap a 12-play, 72-yard drive, the longest of the afternoon by either team.
 
- Running backs Alijah Jackson and Terence Stephens, Jr., combined for 120 yards on the ground on 24 attempts @ Wagner (10/19), an average of 5.0 yards per carry. Jackson finished with 16 carries for 87 yards.
 
- Quarterback Caleb Lewis finished 8-for-14 passing for 88 yards and a touchdown in the win over the Seahawks. Tight end Matthew Gonzalez finished with four catches for 32 yards, while wide receiver Tim Vecchio finished with two catches for 53 yards, including a 23-yard touchdown catch.
 
- Defensive back Jacob White finished with a career-high 12 tackles, including six solo stops, to pace the RMU defense in the victory @ Wagner (10/19). Linebacker Garret Fairman added seven takedowns, including a sack.
 
- RMU improved to 12-12 (.500) all-time in Northeast Conference openers, including a mark of 8-3 (.727) on the road, with a 20-17 victory @ Saint Francis (10/12) that went two overtimes. Junior Nick Bisceglia connected for a 38-yard field goal to help lift the Colonials to their first league road win since 2015.
 
- Junior Nick Bisceglia was tabbed the NEC Special Teams Player of the Week (10/14) for his role in the win @ Saint Francis (10/12). Bisceglia accumulated eight points against the Red Flash, putting RMU on the board in the second quarter with the first of his two 38-yard field goals. He is also 13-for-13 in point after attempts in 2019.
 
- Quarterback Caleb Lewis finished 9-for-22 passing for 152 yards and two touchdowns in the win @ Saint Francis (10/12). He tossed a 32-yard scoring strike to wide receiver Tim Vecchio as well as a 13-yard touchdown pass to tight end Matthew Gonzalez with 45 seconds to play that helped send the game to overtime.
 
- Tim Vecchio and Matthew Gonzalez combined for 10 receptions for 140 yards and a pair of touchdowns in RMU's victory @ Saint Francis (10/12). Vecchio paced the receiving corps with six catches for 94 yards and a score.
 
- Linebacker Aniello Buzzacco was one of three Colonials to record double-digit tackles against the Red Flash, finishing with a career-high 17 stops, including seven solo takedowns. Safety Mason Gray added 15 tackles, while defensive back Heavon Price notched 10 stops.
 
- Alijah Jackson enters Saturday's game ranked second in the NEC in rushing yards (698) and rushing yards per game (99.7) as well as third in all-purpose yards per contest (122.6). Over his last 11 games dating back to the 2018 campaign, Jackson is averaging 102.4 yards per contest on the ground with eight touchdowns and seven 100-yard rushing performances.
 
- The Colonials picked up their first win of the 2019 campaign as well as their first road victory since 2015 with a 31-21 win @ VMI (9/21). The victory snapped a 21-game road losing slide. Redshirt sophomore running back Alijah Jackson gave RMU a 7-0 lead against the Keydets with a 47-yard touchdown run in the first quarter and finished with 125 yards rushing on 20 attempts, an average of 6.2 yards per carry.

Three's Company -
A trio of Colonials enter Saturday's game against Bryant ranked in the top 10 in the Northeast Conference in tackles. Linebacker Aniello Buzzacco leads the circuit in stops with 68, an average of 9.7 per contest, while safety Mason Gray sits third in the league with an average of 8.6 per game. Defensive back Jacob White, coming off a career-high 12 tackles in a 21-13 win @ Wagner (10/19), ranks ninth in the NEC with an average of 7.0 stops per game. Defensive back Heavon Price, meanwhile, ranks second in the NEC in pass breakups with seven, including five during RMU's 3-1 road trip.
 
GetGo - Robert Morris enters Saturday's game against Bryant at Joe Walton Stadium leading the Northeast Conference on fourth down conversions, having been successful on 68.8 percent (11-for-16) of its attempts. The Colonials finished 2-for-2 on fourth down in a 21-13 victory @ Wagner (10/19) and have been successful on each of their last four attempts on fourth down. Only one team in the NEC has converted more than five attempts on fourth down, with Sacred Heart success on seven of its 15 tries.  
 
Gonzo -
Senior tight end Matthew Gonzalez cracked the top 10 in program history for career receptions thanks to three catches in a 31-21 victory @ VMI (9/21). Gonzalez enters Saturday's game against Bryant with 83 career receptions, which ranks seventh all-time in school history. Gonzalez also ranks eighth all-time for career receiving yards with 1,272.
 
Meanwhile ... Running back Alijah Jackson enters Saturday's game against Bryant ranked eighth all-time in program history for rushing yards. In 14 career contests, Jackson has compiled 1,266 yards rushing on 232 attempts, an average of 5.5 yards per carry and 90.4 yards per game. Jackson is 96 yards shy of moving into seventh place in school history, as former running back Ralph Clark (1994-97) finished with 1,362 yards during his career at RMU.
