- The Robert Morris University men's basketball team returns home to Peoples Court at the UPMC Events Center Wednesday to host Geneva in a 7:00 p.m. tip. It marks RMU's second home game in the new facility.
 
- The Colonials concluded a four-game road trip with a 66-62 setback @ Marquette (11/23/19). Sophomore guard Dante Treacy paced RMU against the Golden Eagles with a career-high 14 points and also added four rebounds, five assists and a pair of steals.
 
- Also scoring in double figures @ Marquette were junior forward AJ Bramah, senior guard Sayveon McEwen and redshirt senior guard Josh Williams. Bramah finished with 11 points and six rebounds, while McEwen tied a career high with 11 points off the bench. Williams chipped in 10 points and two steals.
 
- Robert Morris set a season high with nine steals @ Marquette (11/23/19) and rank third in the Northeast Conference with an average of 6.71 steals per game.
 
- Sophomore guard Dante Treacy led the Colonials during their four-game road swing, averaging 12.5 points, 3.8 assists and 1.8 steals while shooting 48.6 percent (18-for-37) from the floor and 88.9 percent (8-for-9) at the free-throw line. He has scored in double figures in each of the last four games.
 
- The Colonials dropped a 72-62 decision @ UIC (11/21/19) at Credit Union 1 Arena prior to falling @ Marquette (11/23/19). The Flames used a 19-2 run in the second half to turn a 46-39 deficit into a 58-48 lead with 7:43 to play. UIC owned its biggest lead, 60-49, with 6:33 remaining.
 
- Sophomore guard Jalen Hawkins scored a career-high 14 points to pace Robert Morris against the Flames while also posting four steals. He shot 5-for-10 from the floor and 4-for-5 at the free-throw line. Sophomore guard Dante Treacy scored 13 points and tied a career high in assists (6) and steals (3) @ UIC.
 
- Also reaching double figures for the Colonials against the Flames were junior forwards Charles Bain and AJ Bramah, who each scored 11 points. Bramah also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds for RMU.
 
- Robert Morris wrapped up play in the Men Against Breast Cancer (MABC) Invitational with a pair of games at Savage Arena in Toledo, Ohio. The Colonials earned an 85-65 win over Howard (11/15/19) before falling to Toledo (11/16/19), 70-56.
 
- In four games of the 2019 MABC Invitational, redshirt senior guard Josh Williams paced Robert Morris by averaging 12.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game. Senior forward Yannis Mendy contributed averages of 10.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per contest while shooting 67.7 percent (21-for-31) from the field.

Marquette Tidbits - The meeting between RMU and Marquette was the first between the two programs ... Robert Morris forced Marquette into 21 turnovers, a season high by an opponent, and owned a 21-11 edge in points off miscues ... The Golden Eagles outrebounded the Colonials, 39-31, with each team finishing with 10 offensive caroms ... RMU held a 20-19 halftime advantage but slipped to 1-2 (.333) this season when owning a lead at the break ... The contest featured seven ties and nine lead changes, a season high in both categories for Robert Morris.
 
From Deep - Robert Morris has hit at least five three-pointers in each of its first seven games of the 2019-20 campaign after knocking down six triples @ Marquette (11/23/19) to wrap up a four-game road swing. Dating to last season, the Colonials have connected for at least five three-pointers in each of their last 18 games, eclipsing 10 in a game on three occasions during that stretch. RMU enters Wednesday's game ranked sixth in the Northeast Conference with an average of 7.71 three-pointers per contest.
 
The Other Side - Meanwhile, the Colonials have done a solid job defending the three-pointer line. Robert Morris held Marquette to a shooting percentage of 25 percent (4-for-16) from beyond the arc, the third time in seven games an opponent failed to convert at least 30 percent of its shots from deep. Overall in 2019-20, opponents have shot just 33.3 percent (45-for-135) from beyond the arc, which ranks fourth in the Northeast Conference.
 
Shot Selection - Robert Morris hasn't had a problem getting shots up in the early portion of the 2019-20 season, as the Colonials enter Wednesday's game averaging 61.4 attempts from the field per game. RMU has outshot its opponent in six of its first seven games. The only time Robert Morris was outshot was in an 85-65 victory over Howard (11/15/19), when the Bison took two more (57-55) shots than the Colonials. Under 10th-year Pat Gallagher Head Coach Andrew Toole, the Colonials owns a mark of 133-46 (.743) when turning the trick. Overall the last 13 years, Robert Morris has held its opponent to under 70 points 56.6 percent (237-of-419) of the time.

During Toole's tenure, the Colonials have posted a record of 59-38 (.608) in games decided by five points or less, including a mark of 8-6 (.571) in games decided by just a single point.
