- The Robert Morris University men's basketball team returns to action after a 10-day break Tuesday when it welcomes Central Michigan to Peoples Court at the UPMC Events Center for a 7:00 p.m. tip.
 
- The Colonials concluded a three-game road trip with a 64-59 victory @ Florida Gulf Coast (12/7/19). Redshirt senior guard Josh Williams paced RMU with 16 points, tied a career high with six rebounds and notched three assists and two steals.

- Thanks to his performance in RMU's win @ Florida Gulf Coast, redshirt senior guard Josh Williams moved into 19th place all-time in program history with 1,135 points, including 646 in two seasons at Robert Morris. He leapfrogged a pair of Colonials in forward Ricky Cannon (1,125) and guard Karvel Anderson (1,123).
 
- The Colonials enter Wednesday's game against Central Michigan ranked second in the Northeast Conference in assists (15.27 per game), turnover margin (+1.73), assist-to-turnover ratio (1.11) and offensive rebounds (12.73).
 
- RMU dropped an 81-70 decision @ Youngstown State (12/4/19) to open the month of December. Off the bench, junior guard Jalen Hawkins and senior guard Sayveon McEwen combined for 30 points and 11 rebounds.
 
- Hawkins led the way for the Colonials against the Penguins with career highs in both points (17) and rebounds (7) while notching two steals. He shot 8-for-14 from the field and 1-for-2 at the free-throw line.
 
- McEwen reached double figures for the third time in 2019-20 by tying a career high with 13 points @ Youngstown State. He converted five of his nine shots from the floor, including 2-for-3 from deep, and also notched four rebounds and two assists.
 
- Robert Morris opened its three-game road swing with a 70-59 loss @ Cleveland State (11/30/19). RMU suffered a season-high 20 turnovers, while the Vikings shot 55.6 percent (25-for-45) from the field.

- Redshirt senior guard Josh Williams paced Robert Morris with 17 points @ Cleveland State and tied a career high with six rebounds, while junior forward AJ Bramah scored 12 points and grabbed six boards.

Florida Gulf Coast Tidbits - RMU's victory over FGCU in Fort Myers, Fla., was the first game in the all-time series ... The Eagles will conclude the home-and-home series by visiting Moon Township, Pa., during the 2020-21 campaign ... Florida Gulf Coast finished with season highs in three-point field goal attempts (35) and fouls (21) by an RMU opponent while recording season lows in points (59) and field goal percentage (.386) ... The 35 three-point field goal attempts are also the most by an opponent in 10 years under Pat Gallagher Head Coach Andrew Toole, eclipsing the 34 attempts James Madison put up Nov. 22, 2012, in an 82-77 victory for RMU in Harrisonburg, Va.
 
50 Cent - Redshirt senior guard Josh Williams registered his 50th career double-figure scoring game in a 64-59 victory @ Florida Gulf Coast (12/7/19), pacing the Colonials in the win with 16 points while also tying a career high with six rebounds and dishing out three assists. Over the last five games, Williams has produced an all-around game, averaging 14.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.2 steals per contest. In a Robert Morris uniform, Williams has scored 646 points in 46 games, an average of 14.0 points per contest, and has scored in double figures 33 times.
 
Return To Sender - Junior forward AJ Bramah returned in RMU's 64-59 win @ Florida Gulf Coast (12/7/19) and came off the bench for the first time, supplying 12 points and eight rebounds. Bramah enters Wednesday's game against Central Michigan having scored in double figures in each of his last six games, averaging 12.0 points and 9.3 rebounds during that span while shooting 50 percent (27-for-54) from the field. Bramah, who leads Robert Morris in dunks in 2019-20 with 10, has also averaged 5.0 visits to the free-throw line during that stretch, converting 60 percent (18-for-30) of his attempts from the stripe.
 
Close and Late - A common theme in the 10 years that head coach Andrew Toole has been at the helm at Robert Morris has been playing close games late. During Toole's tenure, the Colonials have posted a record of 60-38 (.612) in games decided by five points or less, including a mark of 8-6 (.571) in games decided by just a single point.
