- The Robert Morris University men's basketball team opens the month of December by continuing a three-game road trip Wednesday when it visits the Beeghly Center in Youngstown, Ohio, for a 7:00 p.m. tip against Youngstown State.
 
- The Colonials opened their three-game road swing with a 70-59 loss @ Cleveland State (11/30/19). RMU suffered a season-high 20 turnovers, while the Vikings shot 55.6 percent (25-for-45) from the field.
 
- Redshirt senior guard Josh Williams paced Robert Morris with 17 points @ Cleveland State and tied a career high with six rebounds, while junior forward AJ Bramah scored 12 points and grabbed six boards.
 
- The game against the Vikings concluded a stretch in which the Colonials played nine games in 23 days in six different states. RMU will play just four games in the next 32 days, including one at home on Peoples Court at the UPMC Events Center when it hosts Central Michigan Tuesday, Dec. 17.
 
- Robert Morris garnered its first victory on Peoples Court at the UPMC Events Center with a 102-62 win over Geneva (11/27/19). Redshirt senior guard Josh Williams led six players in double figures against the Golden Tornadoes by tying a season high with 21 points. He also added five assists and five steals.
 
- Forwards AJ Bramah and Yannis Mendy each recorded double-doubles in the triumph over Geneva, with Bramah notching 16 points and 11 boards and Mendy posting 15 points and 11 caroms.
 
- Off the bench against the Golden Tornadoes, forward Charles Bain scored 14 points, while guards Jalen Hawkins and Sayveon McEwen each finished with 13 points. Combined, the trio knocked down seven of their 18 (38.8%) attempts from beyond the arc.
 
- Robert Morris concluded a four-game road trip with a 66-62 setback @ Marquette (11/23/19). Sophomore guard Dante Treacy paced RMU against the Golden Eagles with a career-high 14 points and also added four rebounds and five assists.
 
- Also scoring in double figures @ Marquette were junior forward AJ Bramah, senior guard Sayveon McEwen and redshirt senior guard Josh Williams. Bramah finished with 11 points and six rebounds, while McEwen tied a career high with 11 points off the bench. Williams chipped in 10 points and two steals.
 
- The Colonials dropped a 72-62 decision @ UIC (11/21/19) at Credit Union 1 Arena prior to falling @ Marquette (11/23/19). The Flames used a 19-2 run in the second half to turn a 46-39 deficit into a 58-48 lead with 7:43 to play. UIC owned its biggest lead, 60-49, with 6:33 remaining. Sophomore guard Jalen Hawkins scored a career-high 14 points to pace Robert Morris against the Flames.

Cleveland State Tidbits - RMU slipped to 0-2 in 2019-20 against teams from the Horizon League with its loss to the Vikings, while Cleveland State grabbed an 8-7 (.533) edge in the all-time series against the Colonials ... The Vikings outscored RMU, 27-9, in points off turnovers ... Robert Morris finished with 20 turnovers compared to 19 for Cleveland State, the second time in nine games in 2019-20 the Colonials finished with more turnovers than their opponent ... RMU owned a 30-29 advantage in rebounding, including a 12-5 advantage on the offensive glass ... Robert Morris is just 2-2 this season when outrebounding its opponent as well as 0-2 when the score is tied at halftime ... Interior Presence - AJ Bramah has settled in for Robert Morris, as the junior forward enters Wednesday's game @ Youngstown State have scored in double figures in each of his last five games, the longest active streak for the Colonials. Over the last five games, Bramah has produced averages of 12.0 points and 9.6 rebounds while shooting 52.2 percent (24-for-46) from the field. He also owns a pair of double-doubles during that span and is tied for second in the Northeast Conference with three double-doubles this year.
 
The Top 20 - Redshirt senior guard Josh Williams, who leads the Colonials with an average of 12.9 points per game, enters Wednesday's game @ Youngstown State with 1,111 career points and is 12 points shy of cracking the top 20 for points all-time at Robert Morris. Currently sitting 20th is former guard Karvel Anderson, who scored 1,123 points in two seasons with the Colonials from 2012 to 2014. Two points ahead of Anderson is former forward Ricky Cannon, who scored 1,125 points from 1987 to 1992. In two seasons with the Colonials, Williams has scored 622 points after transferring from the University of Akron. He scored 489 points in two years with the Zips.
 
From Deep - Robert Morris has hit at least five three-pointers in each of its first nine games of the 2019-20 campaign after knocking down six in the first of three games on the road @ Cleveland State (11/30/19). Dating to last season, the Colonials have connected for at least five three-pointers in each of their last 20 games, eclipsing 10 in a game on four occasions during that stretch. RMU is 46-16 (.742) under Pat Gallagher Head Coach Andrew Toole when hitting at least 10 three-pointers in a game and enters Wednesday's game @ Youngstown State ranked sixth in the Northeast Conference with an average of 8.22 three-pointers per contest.
 
Point Break - Jon Williams is RMU's active leader in assists, having produced 296 dimes in 77 career games, an average of 3.84 per contest that ranks eighth in the Robert Morris career record book. Williams is four assists shy of becoming the 15th player in school history to compile at least 300 career helpers. He also owns a career assist-to-turnover ratio of 1.61, which ranks seventh in program history.
