Cupids and Colonials: Season Opener Moves to Valentine's Day

Robert Morris opens the 2019 campaign, the first under interim head coach Jexx Varner, at the Lancer Launch hosted by Longwood University from February 14-15. The Colonials open the event with a doubleheader against host Longwood on Thursday, February 14, beginning at 1:00 p.m. On Friday, Robert Morris will take on Norfolk State at 10:00 a.m. and then finish off play against Delaware State at 2:30 p.m. RMU has only played one game combined against the three teams, a 6-4 win against Delaware State at last season's USF Under Armour Classic.

The Colonials travel to Spantanburg, S.C., for the Wings, Etc. Classic hosted by USC Upstate at Cyrill Softball Stadium February 23 and 24. The three-team event will see RMU take on North Carolina Central and the host Spartans on both days.
