Bowling Green Tidbits -
The Falcons evened the overall series with their win over the Colonials, 1-1 (.500) ... Guard Justin Turner missed a triple-double by two rebounds for Bowling Green, scoring a game-high 24 points, dishing out 11 assists and grabbing eight boards ... RMU shot an even 50 percent (14-for-28) from the field in the first half despite missing its first nine shots from the field ... BGSU owned advantages of 27-7 in points off turnovers and 46-36 in points in the paint ... Senior forward AJ Bramah finished with four dunks in the contest and has five slams through two games of the 2020-21 campaign.

The Magic Number - The number 70 holds some significant weight for RMU over the last decade plus. Since the beginning of the 2007-08 campaign, a span of 14 years, the Colonials have posted a record of 201-54 (.788) when holding their opponents under 70 points. When RMU allows 70+ points? The Colonials own a mark of 61-132 (.316). RMU is 1-1 (.500) to open the 2020-21 season, allowing 57 points in its win over Point Park (12/5/20) but 85 to Bowling Green (12/18/20) in its loss.

At The Rim - Senior forward AJ Bramah has gotten off to a good start converting the basketball in RMU's first two games of the 2020-21 season. Last year, Bramah led the Northeast Conference (NEC) in field goal percentage at 56.9 percent (173-for-304) and through the first two games of 2020-21 has converted at a 59.3 percent (16-for-27) clip. In two seasons with the Colonials, Bramah has shot 57.1 percent (189-for-331) from the floor, which would establish a new RMU career record for field goal percentage. Former forward Gabe Jackson (1992-95) owns the record of 56.8 percent (329-for-579). Bramah enters Sunday's game @ Marshall have reached double figures in scoring in seven consecutive games as well as 30 of his last 31 contests dating back to last season.

Start Me Up -
Guard Jon Williams opened his senior season much the same way he has the previous three: as a member of the starting lineup. Williams has started each of his 104 career games at RMU, a school record for consecutive starts. Williams dished out 10 assists before suffering his first turnover of the 2020-21 season in the second half against Bowling Green (12/18/20). He enters Sunday's game @ Marshall with a career assist-to-turnover ratio of 1.82, which ranks fourth all-time at RMU, while needing 23 dimes to enter the top 10 in program history for assists. Williams owns 411 career assists.

Close and Late - A common theme in the 11 years that RMU Pat Gallagher Head Coach Andrew Toole has been at the helm of the program has been playing close games late. During Toole's tenure, the Colonials have posted a record of 65-41 (.613) in games decided by five points or less, including a mark of 9-7 (.563) in games decided by just a single point.
