Moon Township, Pa. – A total of 34 student-athletes from the RMU rowing team were named to the 2020-21 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Academic Honor Roll Thursday.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must own a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher on a 4.00 scale, and freshmen are eligible. The 2021 MAAC Honor Roll covers 23 sponsored sports and includes both full-time and associate members.
Eight of the student-athletes to be named to the 2021 MAAC Academic Honor Roll for the Colonials own a cumulative GPA of 3.95 or higher, including a pair with a perfect 4.00 GPA.
Sophomore
Farah Mohamed, a nursing major, has posted a perfect 4.00 GPA during her first two years at RMU, while freshman
Hannah Fowler concluded her rookie season with a 4.00 GPA as an early childhood education major.

Senior
Madelyn Green, a four-time member of the MAAC Academic Honor Roll, earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing by graduating with a 3.99 GPA. Also graduating with a 3.99 GPA was senior
Mia Krolczyk, who earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering.
Also earning a degree from RMU in May was senior
Nicole Kristof, a double major who posted a 3.98 GPA in earning a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and sport management. Krolczyk and Kristof are each four-time members of the MAAC Academic Honor Roll.
Junior
Mary Woods is an engineering major at RMU and like Krolcyzk has compiled a 3.99 GPA, while sophomore
Julia Olshansky, a nursing major, has posted a 3.97 GPA through two years with the Colonials. Junior
Jayme Sanner, who is studying statistics & predictive analysis, owns a 3.95 GPA.
