Moon Township, Pa. – The RMU men's and women's cross country teams continued its 2021 season Friday by hosting the RMU Colonial Invitational at
Youthtowne in Clinton, Pa.
TEAM CHAMPIONS
On the women's side, Pitt claimed the team title with 36 points, placing four runners in the top eight of the six-kilometer course. The Panthers were followed by Carnegie Mellon (49), Northern Kentucky (51), Duquesne (104) and IUP (125). For the men, Carnegie Mellon finished first with 22 points, earning the title with harriers finishing second, third, fourth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth during an eight-kilometer jaunt. NKU (57) finished second, followed by IUP (63) and RMU (102).
