RMU LATELY
RMU (4-9, 0-2 HL) fell to Cornell 90-85 December 22. The Big Red scored six of the game's final seven points and overcame a 12-point deficit in the win. The Colonials were led by
Josh Corbin's 22 points and
Stephaun Walkers' 20 points and nine rebounds.
Justice Williams scored 15. RMU is 1-5 on the road this season.
MILWAUKEE LATELY
Milwaukee (5-7, 0-1 HL) is coming off an 85-83 overtime victory against Chattanooga December 22. The Panthers fell 70-58 in its HL opener at Green Bay December 2. Milwaukee is 3-2 at home this season.
RMU AND MILWAUKEE HISTORY
RMU and Milwaukee first met in a rare in-season home-and-home series in 1977. The Panthers won both games, first at John Jay Center then at the MECCA. The two teams did not meet again until the Colonials joined the Horizon League in the 2020-21 season. Milwaukee leads 4-3 overall and in HL contests, RMU leads 3-2.
