- The RMU volleyball team begins Horizon League play on Tuesday by hosting the defending conference champions Wright State at the UPMC Events Center for a 6:00 p.m. first serve.
- The Colonials concluded non-conference play at the Mountaineer Invitational in Morgantown, W.Va. last week, facing North Dakota State, Old Dominion, and West Virginia.
- Against the Bison,
Emma Brown paced RMU with eight kills and a .313 attacking percentage while collecting a block. She carded an impressive .833 hitting percentage in set one, with five kills and no errors to lead the Colonials.
Abby Powers and
Natalie Stepanovich each posted six kills while Stepanovich tallied five digs and a service ace.

Ashleigh Wallin led the charge with 15 assists and a service ace while
Kaitlyn Brown posted 11 assists, one ace, and five digs. Graduate student
Allena Carmody paced RMU with 10 digs on Thursday.
- In their second set against the Monarchs,
Hillarie Adams led RMU with eight kills while posting a season-best .375 hitting percentage on 16 attempts. She registered six kills alone in the third set and registered an impressive .556 attacking percentage.

Ashleigh Wallin totaled five assists and five digs. Freshman
Katie Cook produced four assists and two digs in just her second collegiate set while
Allena Carmody tallied nine digs and two assists.
- RMU would close non-conference action against the host, West Virginia on Friday night. The Colonials were led by a pair of underclassmen as
Natalie Stepanovich registered a season-best double-double, with 20 kills and 24 digs. The freshman outside hitter netted nine kills in the opening set and a .471 hitting percentage.
Hillarie Adams recorded a career-high 15 kills against the Mountaineers while totaling seven successful swings alone in set two.

Abby Powers totaled four kills and two assists on Friday.
Ashleigh Wallin registered 22 assists to pace RMU while collecting seven digs and tying her career-high with five service aces.
Katie Cook posted a personal best 17 assists, three kills and two assists while
Allena Carmody totaled 12 digs.
Macy McNamara registered double-digit digs with 10 while
Jaidan Hockman recorded eight digs and one assist in the loss.
- The Colonials end the week with a pair of league road contests, traveling to Cleveland State on Friday, Sept. 22, before heading to Oakland on Saturday, Sept. 23.

Natalie Stepanovich ranks eighth in the league in total kills (125) and kills per set (3.13) while ranking third in service aces (18). Junior setter
