MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The Colonials will make the short trip to Youngstown, Ohio when they face off against the Penguins on Tuesday evening. The match is scheduled for 6 p.m. and can be seen streaming live on ESPN+.

RMU LATELY
The Colonials go into Tuesday's match coming off back to back losses to Cleveland state this past weekend. Hillarie Adams led RMU with 25 kills over the two-match span while junior libero Jasmine Purakal led the team with 47 digs. RMU is second in the Horizon League with 178.5 blocks through 85 sets, as a team they average 2.10 blocks per set.
 
SCOUTING YOUNGSTOWN STATE
The Penguins have struggled mightily in the latest stretch of the season as they've dropped 10 out of their last 11 matches and have just a 1-10 conference record. Most recently, Youngstown State got swept in back to back matches against Milwaukee this past weekend. The Penguins are led by Abbie Householder who ranks second in the Horizon League with 335 kills while averaging 3.99 kills per set.

ALL-TIME VS PENGUINS
Recently, the Colonials have found success against the Penguins as RMU has won two out of the last three matches against Youngstown State. These two squads met earlier this season when the Colonials won the match in five sets. Graduate outside hitter Jaaliyah Evans had her best offensive output during that match as she led the Colonials with 20 kills on 50 total attacks.

UP NEXT
RMU will stay on the road as they'll travel to play the Horizon League leading Wright State Raiders this weekend. The first match is scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m. with the concluding match taking place on Saturday at 2 p.m.
