RMU (10-20, 6-13 HL) fell to Northern Kentucky 80-70 on February 28. The Colonials are 3-11 on the road this season and have locked in ninth place in the Horizon League standings.
 
PURDUE FORT WAYNE LATELY
Purdue Fort Wayne (19-11, 10-9 HL) is coming off a 79-77 victory over Wright State on February 28, The Mastodons are 9-5 at Gates Sports Center this season and are tied for seventh in the Horizon League standings.

In the seven contests between the two teams, RMU holds a 4-3 edge. In the inaugural meeting, The Colonials poured in 102 points, marking the most scored during the Andrew Toole era (later tied vs. Detroit Mercy on 1/17/24). It was also the most the Colonials scored in a conference opener in program history.
 
RMU AND PURDUE FORT WAYNE LAST TIME OUT
Markeese Hastings' 3-pointer as time expired gave RMU a 91-88 overtime victory against Purdue Fort Wayne on January 12 at the UPMC Events Center.
