MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU Volleyball team returns home to the UPMC Events Center this week beginning with hosting Youngstown State on Tuesday evening. First serve is scheduled for 6 p.m.
 
RMU LATELY
The Colonials (7-15, 3-8 HL) are coming off a split at Cleveland State. Jasmine Purakal top the charts with 4.93 digs per set and 419 total. Jocelyn Jourdan is fifth in the league with 3.6 kills per set. RMU leads the HL with 16.1 digs per set.  
 
YOUNGSTOWN STATE LATELY
The Penguins (11-11, 6-5 HL) sit in fifth place in the HL standings and have won their last four matches with sweeps over IU Indy and Milwaukee. Abbie Householder leads the league with 341 kills and is third with 3.91 kills per set. Gabriela Machin is third in the league with a .343 hitting percentage. As a team, YSU is second the HL with a .238 hitting percentage.

THE SERIES
The Colonials and Penguins began the series in 1981, with YSU holding a 43-12 all-time advantage and 6-5 in Horizon League matches. RMU has won four of the last five matches played in Moon Township.
