OLEAN, N.Y. – Despite a double-double of 19 points and a career-high 10 rebounds from
Josh Hill, Robert Morris fell to St. Bonaventure 75-61 on Thursday night at the Reilly Center. The Colonials fall to 3-2 on the season while the Bonnies remain undefeated, winning all five of their games.
1st HALF
St. Bonaventure dominated the start of the game with a commanding 12-0 run before RMU managed to score at the 16:11 mark. While RMU managed to cut the lead to a two-possession game, trailing 21-16 by the under-8 media timeout, the Bonnies rebuilt their lead to 10 points, at 31-21 with 4:08 left in the half. Despite the fluctuations, SBU maintained the advantage, heading into halftime with a 37-33 lead.
2nd HALF
St. Bonaventure extended its lead to 11 points by the 13:14 mark. RMU made a strong push, narrowing the deficit to just three points (55-52) with 7:49 remaining. However, the Bonnies responded by pulling away once more, building a 12-point advantage with 3:23 left. SBU ultimately closed out the game, with its lead peaking at 15 points in the final minute.

The Colonials remain on the road for a matchup at Monmouth on Sunday, November 23. They return to the UPMC Events Center on Wednesday, November 26 against UIC to kick off a three-game homestand.
