MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The Robert Morris University football team wraps up its regular season on Saturday, Nov. 22, hosting cross-town rival Duquesne at Joe Walton Stadium.
This marks the 23rd installment of the rivalry series. Duquesne leads the all-time series 14-8, though RMU holds a 6-4 advantage in games played in Moon Township. The series is tied 4-4 at Joe Walton Stadium.
The contest will be the first matchup at "The Joe" since Nov. 9, 2019, when the Colonials defeated the Dukes, 41-21.
The rivalry began during RMU's inaugural season in 1994, with the teams also meeting in 1995, 1996, and 1998. They then played for 17 consecutive seasons from 2003 through 2019.
