Robert Morris fell at Oakland 96-73 on January 6. DeSean Goode led the team by scoring 18 points on 8-of-10 shooting, adding eight rebounds. Ryan Prather Jr. contributed eight points, making two 3-pointers and dishing out two assists. Nikolaos Chitikoudis added eight points and distributed three assists. Albert Vargas finished with seven points and four assists.

Corey Hadnot's free throws with 22 seconds remaining broke a 69-69 tie and gave Purdue Fort Wayne a 71-69 victory over Youngstown State on January 7.
