MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Robert Morris (13-8, 5-5 HL) remains at the UPMC Events Center tomorrow afternoon to host Green Bay (11-10, 6-4 HL). The matchup, which will stream live on ESPN+, is now scheduled for a 1 p.m. tip-off. This contest marks the second meeting of the season between the two programs; RMU won the first meeting, 80-78, in Green Bay on Dec. 4.
RMU LATELY
Robert Morris improved to 8-2 at the UPMC Events Center following an 88-76 victory against Milwaukee on Jan. 22.
Ryan Prather Jr. led the charge with a game-high 23 points and five assists, helping the Colonials secure their second win in a row as they continue their homestand.
GREEN BAY LATELY
Green Bay dropped its second straight game following an 88-81 loss at Youngstown State on Jan. 22. Four players scored in double figures, led by C.J. O'Hara with 22 points and Marcus Hall with 20. Justin Allen added 14 points, while Preston Ruedinger recorded 12 points.
RMU AND GREEN BAY HISTORY
RMU and Green Bay did not meet until the Colonials joined the Horizon League prior to the 2020-21 season. In nine all-time matchups, RMU has won seven, including season sweeps in 2022-23 and 2024-25. While Andy Toole has been at the helm for Robert Morris for the duration of the series, the Phoenix have featured four different head coaches in that same span: Will Ryan (2020-23), Freddie Owens (Interim, 2023), Sundance Wicks (2023-24), and current head coach Doug Gottlieb.
RMU AND GREEN BAY LAST TIME OUT
Nikolaos Chitikoudis' layup with 2.4 seconds remaining capped a game-ending 15-3 run to lift Robert Morris over Green Bay, 80-78, in the HL opener on Dec. 4 at the Resch Center. Trailing by 11 points with 2:21 left in regulation, the Colonials forced a 10-second violation and used two late three-pointers from
Darius Livingston to erase the deficit.
DeSean Goode led RMU with 18 points and nine rebounds, while Justin Allen scored a game-high 20 points for the Phoenix.

UP NEXT
The homestand concludes on Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 7:00 p.m. with a rematch against IU Indy at the UPMC Events Center. The contest will be broadcast live on SportsNet Pittsburgh. RMU will close out the month of January on the road at Purdue Fort Wayne on Jan. 31.
