Buffalo took its first lead in the third quarter and extended its advantage early in the fourth. However, the Colonials continued to battle, as Haggard orchestrated a five-play, 81-yard touchdown drive that took just 46 seconds. The drive culminated with a 32-yard touchdown pass to

Despite the late push, RMU's comeback effort came up just short as Buffalo held on for the three-point victory.
