Morgan Giannone,
Maggie Hatch and
Kaitlyn Schooley have been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team, recognizing their excellence both in the classroom and on the ice.
The CSC Academic All-District® program honors the nation's top student-athletes for their combined academic and athletic achievements. Academic All-America® honorees will be selected from the Academic All-District® recipients and announced later this summer.
To be eligible for Academic All-District® recognition, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50 while meeting significant competition and athletic performance standards.
Maggie Hatch (Junior | Cleveland Heights, Ohio | Biology | 3.98 GPA)
Hatch earns CSC Academic All-District® honors for the second consecutive season. In the classroom, she is a three-time Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) All-Academic Team selection, an AHA Student-Athlete of the Year honoree and a two-time American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholar.
On the ice, Hatch has established herself as one of the conference's top goaltenders. She has earned AHA Goaltender of the Week honors five times, AHA Goaltender of the Month recognition twice and has appeared on the Hockey Commissioners Association Goalie of the Year Watch List in each of her three seasons. She was also named to the AHA All-Rookie Team as a freshman.
Through three seasons, Hatch has appeared in 79 career games, compiling 27 victories, a .916 save percentage and 2,383 saves.
Kaitlyn Schooley (Junior | Moon Township, Pa. | Sport Management | 4.00 GPA)
Schooley receives CSC Academic All-District® recognition for the first time in her career. A standout in the classroom, she has earned AHA All-Academic Team honors and AHA Student-Athlete of the Year recognition in each of her three seasons while also collecting AHCA All-American Scholar accolades twice.
A dependable presence on the Colonials' blue line, Schooley earned AHA Defenseman of the Week honors after recording three assists during a two-game series at Delaware.
She has appeared in 104 career games, totaling two goals, 21 assists and 23 points while blocking 139 shots.
Morgan Giannone (Senior | Oakville, Ontario | Health Science | 3.82 GPA)
Giannone earns CSC Academic All-District® honors for the first time in her career. She graduated with a degree in Health Science and was a three-time AHA All-Academic Team selection and two-time AHCA All-American Scholar-Athlete.
One of the program's most consistent offensive contributors during her career, Giannone appeared in 136 games, registering 35 goals and 35 assists for 70 points. She added six power-play goals and six game-winning goals while recording 48 blocked shots and 41 faceoff wins. Giannone was named AHA Forward of the Week three times during her career.
