2026 Outdoor: Competed in three outdoor meets this season, posting personal bests at the 2026 Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championship and the 2026 George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational. At the championship, Deming finished in fourth place in the 800 with a personal best time of 2:12.47 while posting a personal best at George Mason with a time of 4:49.67 in the 1500m
2025-26 Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, securing six top-10 finishes, including a first-place finish as a part of the DMR team and a personal best in the 400m with a time of 1:01.26 at the Akron Al Campbell Invitational (1/16). At the 2026 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships, Deming finished in fifth place with a time of 2:14.46 in the 800m

2025 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the 2025 outdoor season, posting a pair of first-place finishes at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational in the 800m and the 4x400 (4/18)
2024-25 Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets for the Colonials, securing five top-10 finishes on the season. Deming took home sixth-place at the 2025 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championship with a season-best time of 2:15.62 in the 800m (3/1-2)

2023-24 Highlights (Freshman)
2024 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during her freshman outdoor season, finishing with four top-10 finishes on the season, including a second-place finish at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational as a part of the 4x400 team (4/19). Posted a season-best in the 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 2:16.83 (4/12-14)
2023-24 Indoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 indoor season, posting four top-10 finishes, including an eighth-place finish at the 2024 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 2:21.64 in the 800m. At the Nittany Lion Challenge, Deming posted a personal best of 1:41.31 in the 600m to finish 24th in State College (1/13)
