Earned two points in the Colonials final series against Mercyhurst by scoring a goal in the first game of the series (2/29/08) and adding an assist in the second game (3/1/08) ... Earned a + 3 rating in RMU's 7-4 victory over Minnesota State (12/30/07).

2006-07: Contributed 14 points in her first season as a Colonial ...Scored five goals and tallied nine assists ... Played in 35 games ...Earned her first collegiate point with an assist in a 3-3 draw against St. Cloud State (9/30/06) ... Her first collegiate goal came as the game-winner in a 3-2 victory against Union (10/15/06) ... Had a season-high three-assist performance against Chatham (10/27/06) ...Picked up a goal and an assist in a 5-3 come-from-behind victory against Rensselaer (11/05/06).

Pre-RMU: A multisport athlete at Rush-Henrietta High School, Walkland participated in hockey, lacrosse, soccer and softball ... She earned the News 10 scholar athlete award, women's lacrosse MVP, first team all-county in both lacrosse and softball, 2006 Rush-Henrietta all-around athlete, and a gold medal in the Empire State Games in 2005.
