 2026 Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season for the Colonials. Finished the season with five top-seven finishes, including winning the 100mH at the Westminster Invitational with a personal best time of 14.35, which is ranked fifth   all-time at RMU
2025-26Â Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Colonials, finishing the indoor season with three top-10 finishes, including a third-place finish in the 60mH at the Spire Midwest Open with a time of 9.03 (1/24)
2024-25 Highlights (Sophomore)
2025 Outdoor: Competed in six different meets for RMU during the 2025 outdoor season. Finished the season with eight top-10 finishes and was a member of the 4x100 team to win bronze at the 2025 Horizon League Outdoor Championship with a time of 46.63 (5/9-11). Benton also won the 100mH at the Westminster Invitational with a time of 14.70 (4/11-12)
2024-25 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Colonials, posting two top-15 finishes on the season. Posted a career-best time of 8.02 seconds in the 60m at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invitational (2/14-15)
2023-24 Highlights (Freshman)
2024 Outdoor: Raced in four events during the 2024 outdoor season, posting five top-10 finishes. At the 2024 Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, posted a personal best 26.03 in the 200m (5/3-5)
2023-24 Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Colonials during her indoor campaign as a freshman, finishing with five top-10 finishes, including a third-place finish at the 2023 YSU Indoor Track and Field Icebreaker to set a personal best 8.89 in the 60mH (12/1)
